Terms of service.

Accounts and eligibility

Clarhet is sold to organisations, not individuals. You need a business email address and the authority to bind your organisation to these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you give us, and for keeping credentials confidential.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and you may not use Clarhet if we have previously terminated your access.

The service

Clarhet reads the plan and the systems you connect, assembles a daily read of what is moving and what needs a decision, and keeps a trail back to the sources behind each item. Features change as the product develops; we will not remove a material capability from a paid plan without notice.

Clarhet produces analysis and drafts. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and decisions taken on the basis of a read remain yours.

Your data and your sources

You keep all rights in the data you connect. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you: to read the sources you nominate, process what we find, and present it back to your team.

You confirm that you are permitted to connect each source and to have it processed by a provider on your behalf. We do not use your data to train models, and our model providers are contractually barred from training on it. Handling is described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Clarhet to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to reach systems you are not authorised to access. Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, resell the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.

We may suspend access without notice where use threatens the security or integrity of the service or another customer.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually in advance, at the rates shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Seats added mid-period are prorated. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility where applicable.

Plan changes take effect on the next billing date. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we terminate without cause.

Term and termination

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not cured within thirty days of notice. On termination we stop processing your sources, and you may export what the agents assembled before access ends.

Intellectual property

We own the service, including the software, agent designs, models we build, and the interface. You own your data and the content you create through it. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that a read will be uninterrupted, error free, or complete, though where a figure cannot be verified against a source it is not shipped in the read.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice before they take effect, and continued use after that date is acceptance. The current version always lives on this page with its date.

Clarhet Inc. is incorporated in Delaware. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or local protections.
