Priced against the work, not the software.
A chief of staff costs $180k a year and can hold one leader's operating rhythm. Clarhet holds the whole leadership team's, from the first seat.

Every plan includes a monthly agent allowance sized to normal executive use. Heavy weeks draw on it and we tell you before it runs out – no surprise invoice.
Where the line actually falls.
Pro runs one leader's week. Team is where alignment starts working, because alignment needs more than one person in the room.
Why does Team cost more per seat than Pro?
Because it does more. The fifth seat is where cross-functional commitments, shared goals, and leadership alignment switch on – that is the product working, not a bulk order of the same thing. Volume pricing starts at 25 seats.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone whose work Clarhet reads and ranks. People who only receive a brief or read the alignment view don't need one – you should never leave a leader out of the picture to save a seat.
What happens if we outgrow the agent allowance?
We tell you before you hit it and either raise it or talk about the tier. Agents doing real work cost real money, so we would rather price that honestly than pretend it is free and throttle you quietly.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most teams start with the CEO and one or two functions, then add seats as the rhythm settles. We are pre-launch, so early customers get direct access to the team building it.
Not sure which tier fits?
Tell us how many people sit in your leadership meeting and what breaks between them. We will tell you where to start.
