What changed and why

Two competitors changed pricing this week and demand softened in your top region. Margin held because procurement locked supplier rates ahead of the shift. The pricing response is now the first thing on your plate today, owned by Revenue.

Every figure carries a citation. If an agent can't verify it, it doesn't ship it.
The problem

The plan exists. The execution leaks.

01

Strategy is set once a quarter, then translated by hand into whatever each function remembers of it.

02

The operating rhythm runs on someone's calendar and goodwill. Agendas, follow-ups, and owners drift.

03

By the leadership meeting, the numbers are last week's and nobody can say what moved since.

How it works

Three loops, run continuously.

Not a one-time build. Clarhet's agents keep the loop alive, re-running the moment a source or a commitment moves.

01 / translate

Translate the strategy

Agents turn the plan into owned commitments per function, with dates, dependencies, and the metric each one moves.

goalsownersmetrics
02 / run

Run the rhythm

They govern the meeting cadence: agendas built from what actually changed, decisions logged, follow-ups chased to close.

03 / brief

Assemble the brief

They reach your scattered sources, reconcile conflicts, and keep one sourced brief current – with the narrative behind each move.

What it covers

Eleven jobs, one operating layer.

Most tools in this space do one of these. Clarhet's agents run the whole set, which is what makes the rhythm hold instead of needing a person to hold it.

01

From vision to daily execution

The quarterly plan becomes today's owned work, without a translation meeting.

02

Strategic translation

Goals broken into commitments each function recognises as its own.

03

Operations oversight

Continuous read on what is moving, what is stuck, and what needs you.

04

Team alignment

One version of priorities, visible to everyone who has to act on them.

05

Executive support

The prep, chasing, and drafting that otherwise fills your week.

06

Executive project management

Cross-functional initiatives tracked at the level a CEO cares about.

07

Meeting and agenda governance

Agendas built from real change, decisions captured, actions closed out.

08

Leadership team alignment

Disagreements surfaced early, with the numbers behind each position.

09

Executive briefing & preparedness

Board, investor, and customer prep assembled from live, sourced data.

10

Internal and external communications

Updates drafted in your voice, consistent across audiences.

11

Operational rhythm & efficiency

The cadence keeps running whether or not anyone is minding it.

Sources

Disparate by design.

The hard part isn't the dashboard. It's reaching everywhere the truth is scattered and making it agree.

Trust

Built to be checked, not taken on faith.

You don't know us yet. So the product proves itself: every number on the brief traces back to where it came from, and you can follow it.

Traceable by default

Every number, back to its source

Tap any figure to see the exact sources behind it and how agents reconciled the ones that disagreed. There is an audit trail on each one, so you can check our work rather than trust it. If an agent can't verify a number, it doesn't ship it.

Your data stays yours

Never used to train models

We don't sell it, rent it, or train on it, and our model providers are contractually barred from training on it either. Disconnect a source or close the account and it comes out of active systems – no lock-in, no hostage data.

Access and security

Scoped, encrypted, logged

Permissions are scoped to your team and your sources, so an agent reaches only what that person could reach anyway. Encrypted in transit and at rest, with access logged. SOC 2 is underway as we grow.

Questions

What people ask first.

What is Clarhet, plainly?

An operating layer that sits between your strategy and your day. It reads the systems your work and numbers already live in, turns the plan into owned commitments, and gives every leader one view of what is on their plate and why it matters today.

How is this different from a dashboard?

A dashboard shows you charts and leaves the interpretation to you. Clarhet gives you the read: what changed, why, who owns the response, and what needs your decision before the day is out. The numbers are there to support that, not to be admired.

Isn't this just a to-do list with AI on top?

A to-do list collects what people remember to type. Clarhet derives the work from the plan and the systems of record, ranks it against the goals it serves, and keeps the leadership team's version of priorities in one place. The list is an output, not the product.

What does it connect to?

Warehouses, CRMs and ERPs, the spreadsheets actually running the business, docs and decks, calendars and comms, your internal APIs, and the awkward vendor portals with no API at all. If a source matters to your operating rhythm, tell us and we will get to it.

How long until it is useful?

Connect a handful of sources and the first brief is worth reading the same week. Depth comes with use – the more of the plan and the rhythm it sees, the better it ranks what deserves your attention.

Does it act on its own?

It drafts, chases, reconciles, and prepares. Anything that leaves your organisation or commits you to something comes to you first. You decide how much rope each agent gets, per source and per action.

Put Clarhet to work on your operating week.

Point Clarhet at the systems your work and numbers live in. It translates the plan, holds the rhythm, and keeps a live, sourced brief underneath it – no integration project that never ships, no analyst stitching decks by hand.

“The hard part was never the dashboard. It was reaching the messy sources, making them agree, and proving every number. Bring us the data you think is impossible to wrangle, and we will show you the brief.”
– Clarhet
